Manage an Existing Appointment

Plans change — we get it!

  • To cancel, reschedule, or view an upcoming appointment, log in here: Manage Appointments.

  • Just make sure you use the same email we have on file for you (the one you used to schedule). Please enter your child’s legal name when asked about client.
    IntakeQ will find the record and send you an email with an access code so you can log in.

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to another family.

Update Payment Information

Keep your payment info up to date so your membership runs smoothly.

  • Log in to our secure billing portal: Update Payment Info.

  • We recommend choosing ACH/bank account to avoid credit card fees.

  • Need help? Call us and we’ll walk you through.

Locked Out of Spruce?

Don’t worry!

  • Tap “Forgot Password” on the Spruce login screen.

  • Still stuck? Email us at support@sprucehealth.com. We’ll resend your link.

Change Your Address

If you move, let us know so your records stay up to date.

  • Send us a secure message in Spruce, or

  • Email us at support@sprucehealth.com.

  • Please confirm if your new home is inside our house-call zone.

Immunization Records

Need a copy for school, daycare, or camp?

  • Send us a Spruce message and tell us where to send it.

  • We can fax, email, or upload it securely.

  • Give us 3 business days, if possible.

School Excuse Notes

Kids get sick — we understand!

  • After a visit, request a school or daycare note through Spruce.

  • We’ll upload it to your child’s Spruce chat or email it to you.

Other Member Resources

  • Referrals: Ask through Spruce if your child needs a specialist. The more details you give Dr. Tonya the faster she will get it done.

  • Medication Refills: Request in Spruce at least 48 hours before you run out.

  • Forms (Camp, Sports, Daycare): Upload forms in Spruce. Allow 3–5 business days.
