Practice Guide

At Radiance Pediatrics, our goal is to provide exceptional, relationship-based pediatric care in an environment built on trust, respect, and clear communication. The policies below help ensure safe, efficient, and consistent care while allowing us to focus on what matters most—your child's health.

Communication

  • Communication Expectations

    • At Radiance Pediatrics, we believe that exceptional pediatric care begins with open, respectful communication. Our Direct Primary Care model allows families to communicate directly with Dr. Tonya through secure messaging, telemedicine, phone calls, and in-person visits. This level of access is one of the greatest benefits of membership and allows us to build strong, trusting relationships with the families we serve.

To help us provide timely, thoughtful care for every patient, we ask that communication remain respectful, medically focused, and appropriate for the chosen communication method. While we strive to respond as quickly as possible, response times may vary depending on clinic hours, patient care responsibilities, and medical urgency.

If a conversation becomes complex, requires medical decision-making, or would be better addressed in person rather than by text, we may recommend scheduling a telemedicine visit, phone visit or a house call. This allows us to give your concerns the time and attention they deserve while ensuring accurate documentation and the highest quality care.

  • Using Spruce Secure Messaging
